When provided, PII is used only in communication directly to that person, we don't use other services for email or solicitation, all communication with users is from the website system or staff.

Note: Because Google uses DoubleClick ad serving technology, cookies placed by Google for behavioral advertising, including the opt out cookie, will appear as DoubleClick cookies.

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the advertising opt-out page. (Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.)

If you prefer not to receive behavioral ads you may opt-out of this anonymous ad targeting.
